OFFICE NOTE

Dear Parents,

School begins at 8:55a.m. and students are dismissed at 3.25p.m. For the safety of your children, please ensure your children are at school no earlier than 8.40a.m. and that you come to collect your child before 3.45p.m. There will be no supervision before 8.40a.m. and none after 3.45p.m. These are the times, most accidents happen.

Please inform us if your child is going to be absent, by contacting the office. If you do not call, our college secretary will ring to verify your child’s absence.

Parents need to inform the office when your child is late for school. You need to ‘sign in’ your child at the office with the reason why your child is late. Also, when your child is absent, you need to inform the school office why your child is not at school.

With regards to safety, please note that the speed limit within the school compound is 5km/hr. Parents are expected to park on the side of the school and come into the basketball area to pick up your child. Your child is not allowed to walk across the car park unsupervised.

I would like to share some photos of our new office and sickbay area. The children are loving the new sickbay and I am enjoying the new office space.
